It was in 1945 when our founder Late Sh. Shanti Swroop ji started the show. Earlier it was the business of rice mill in which there were only hullers & chakkies were runned at that time. Then this small workshop at the name of M/s Shanti Sheller Manufacturers. Those machines which were used in that times were creating lot of wastage. He had extra nerve for modernization. He used to implement simple techniques to solve day to day problems.

PADDY SEPARATOR

Wheel Type separator Complete with Excentric, Dynamically Balanced Wheel, C.R.C. Floor and G.I. Zigs or bath in S.S. Paddy & Rice Distribution Compartment made by Sagwan wood, Channels Frames fitted on single Piece M. S. Plate structure & other accessories etc. We have developed a special purpose paddy Separator ideally Suitable for Hybrid and Basmati type long grain varieties.

The Separation Span and internal Zig-Zag Structure has been broadened to minimize the occasional paddy mixing in rice.( S.S.Floor & S.S. Zigs ) with all acc.

PADDY CLEANER

Cleaning of grains is the most important aspect & process of all Plants. Since Indian grains bundles along with a huge amount of immature grains, dust, straw, stones and other impurities. The removal of impurities makes the next processes in rice milling more efficient and ensures better quality and reduces the chances of break down in the plant.

The Particular Model of Paddy Cleaner has the specialization to separate immature grains. Dust, straw and other impurities from paddy along-with separation of rice broken which are created by combine harvesters.

RICE SILKY MACHINE

• To remove from the surface of white rice loose bran and dust that remains after the whitening process increasing the degree of shine & polish of the rice.
• An upgrade of the appearance quality and storage life of Milled rice with minimum weight loss (0.1-2%)
• Low Volumes(<30 ltr/hr) of pure water atemized by pressurized clean air is injected through the polishing rollers removing the bran & dust particles; giving the rice a high luster finish.
• Restores uniform moisture contents to overdried rice. (Approx- 1%)

RICE CONE POLISHER

One of the most singnificant feature of Rice is its lengt, Whether it may be Basmati , Duplicate, Sharbati or any fine or even course quality. The viability and prolitability of rice Mill will always be Decided by the length.

Now a days many vertical and high speed polishers of different makes are there in the market but the most suitable technique for long Grain Vanities is only the cone polisher's Slow speed Polishing system with minimal pressure.
